Hi. I have had my box for 6 month and all has been fine , until now
When I turn box on it says tune failed , I've looked around on net and tried stripping dish wires etc and still no signal. I was messing about last night and on BBC it suddenly went to 100% for a minute then back to zero ?
Wondering if anyone had any advice
Even considering resetting to factory settings but don't know where to start and if I can keep the gift line I already have .
If I need to upload details of box menu etc I will later as I'm stuck at work

Have you checked your connections to the box are in properly. This often happens if you happen to have a loose feed

Sounds like your have a bad connection with your f connector
