Zgemma H2s HELP

Hi All , i have had a zgemma h2s box which has worked absolutely fine until i recently moved house and when set it up at my new address i can only get channels 1-5, i have tried everything including , network check all ok , signal coming in all ok , I have tried to download the wooshbuild but the box wont flash? any ideas ? thanks guys much appreciated
 
Have you restarted your cam?
Menu/info panel/softcam panel.
You should then see your cam option, wether is be cccam or mgcamd
If you know what line you have then you will know what cam to use.
Press green to restart it

Have you changed internet providers or got a new router, I know you did a network test but did you give the router a reboot?
Your iptv works ok then?

Changed provider yes , rebooted router but will give it another go now

Still no joy mate ? Strange it was literally all ok, the gift is still in etc and can get a lot of other channels just no sky one , sky sports etc

When you say some channels do you mean other subscription based channels
