Zgemma H5.2TC lost channels

Hi,just home from work and all channels gone other than bbc1 through to channel 5. My broadband is with virgin and working fine. I’ve rebooted both router & zgemma,restarted oscam and also done a service search but to no evail so far. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

I’m not sure how to do that,unfortunately not too clued up on this stuff.

As you are running oscam, then you will need to open the oscam config files to replace your old line with a the test line, You put the ip address of the box into your browser, put :8888 at the end of the line, this should open the config file for your oscam, There are lots of threads on here about it m8....
