have you changed your Tuner configuration? - it should be set to Virginmedia (allsystems)

no, only netid 40973 was changed, follow all the advice from the begining of this thread, try to update config files in ABM and run a scan.
if still no luck, perform a manual scan in 'service searching' as explained in an earlier post, then check the frequency and qam details on the Virgin TV Highlights channel

It's been updated online so open autobouquetsmaker, click update provider files, then perform a scan

I do not seem to have the update provider files option in ABM? Any reason why that would be? Perhaps box needs flashing?

Show a picture of what you have? Maybe it is on second page or even says config file
