Zgemma motorised problem

Hi can anyone help i've got a zgemma h2h box and a alsat dark motor with 1m dish but the receiver isnt moving the dish ive entered my usals is their something else i need to do in the receiver menu? cheers

hi have you tried moving the motor manually there should be a button on the motor mount that allows you to move east or west also will confirm if the ftype connectors are fitted to the cable correctly . there will be an led light on the motor if this is lit then this will confirm that the voltage is present .
