Zgemma star 2s

I'm a total noob so please be gentle on me!
Bought a zgemma star s2 with gift all set up ok but I've got a problem with certain channels particularly bt sport freezing,my signal is fine anyone know what my problem could be?

Could be your gift that you got with the box , might need to get a test line and see if that does not glitch
