Zgemma star 2s

Hello all,

My sat finder on my zgemma is showing no signal its at 0%. Plugged my skybox back in and that is working perfectly. My box has every channel loading up with the information but just no signal. Tried all the YouTube videos etc but having no joy

Any one any idea how to solve this, I would be grateful.
