hi dont know if anyone can help my dad has a zgemma star s
ive installed it it works fine then comes up with tuner fail or error
tried a factory reset and installed line again worked for 5 min and came up with tuner fail or error
i brought it home and it works fine on mine is it a problem with the hub its with ee and its a bright box
when i took back it still wont work any help suggestions please
all normal channels work its just when on internet channels
i cant remember what the fail said im waiting for a reply but i thought someone might know what im on about
