Hello guys hope you are all well.

Came home from work and noticed the left side picture of the tv has a border is there a fix for this. I did literally everything. Please see image.

Try this menu/setup/usage&GUI/extended GUI/osd position

Got this fixed. Nothing to do with the box. Samsung had remotely factory reset the tv.
