oh ther aint just downloaded it tbf wunt know how to flash h7 then urie only dun h9s n older wel spotted like
I did the same dowloaded just to check because some newer ones the noforce file is different.
zgemma H9 Combo:
Rename the unforce_h9combo.txt to force_h9combo.txt and move it to the root of your usb-stick
everyone was used to force noforce file unforce is not even a word.

h7s ? openATV Nightly Downloads make sure u change noforce to force tho
little lost now
where will i find the noforce to change?
and
Once openATV is installed do not install wooshbuild untill you have initialized usb thumbdrive or it will bluescreen.
Once initialized then install woosbuild but when it asked to initialized usb select no.

so do i install openatv fully first before moving onto wooshbuild?

Yes install openatv fully then initialize hdd, also set password in network settings if using webif or putty, once that's done put in woosh command prompt and when it says initialize hdd set to No as you all ready did it before.

You got a link to one I could try on a USB?

http://images.mynonpublic.com/openatv/6.4/zgemmah7/openatv-6.4-zgemmah7-20210126_recovery_emmc.zip

Forget changing no force to force, it's not necessary on any box if you follow the correct procedure.

Extract the zip file to a fat 32 formatted usb stick.
Power the box off completely.
Insert the usb stick and power on whilst holding the little button under the front flap and the box will start the flashing procedure.
Once complete, power off the box and remove the flashing usb and insert your storage media.
Power on and follow the instructions for the build you are trying to install.

I don't think it used to bluescreen a while back but it has been doing it for a while now though it could have been sorted by now.

ok think its done

installed Openatv first, then (Menu, Setup, System, Storage Devices, Initialisation)
then uploaded Wooshbuild, selected satellite install (i kept selecting freeview install) and BOOM working.

more like something has changed in images even on wooshbuild instruction page it still says

If you have not initialised (formatted) your USB device for use in the box, now is the time to do so. Insert the USB (if not already inserted) and wait 5 second for the box to find it.

Press OK on the remote and if you need to initialise the USB device, select yes and press OK on each screen. This will initialise your USB device and create a swap file too. The swap file may or may not be used by the box but it is safer to have one than not.
or perhaps because usb has allready been inserted.

nah if i flashed w base then sent infinity n ran usb setup from tht screen i gt blue screen but pressing exit so it goes to tv then initialising n setting up ect adding abm n setting it up was fine just tell all my customors that wen first loads hit exit n if it ever reboots same as usb allredy setup

Flashing from the wooshbuild config page hasn't worked for ages and always gives the blue screen crash.
It's always recommended to do the flash online through the blue button.

What do you mean by Flashing do mean inialization of usb, or actual Flashing online \ on the fly .
if flashing on the fly then that would need to be done before wooshbuilds skin is installed, once that is installed you cannot do online flash unless you change back to Metrix HD for it to work.

Yes I mean if you try to flash image using the woosh config plugin, see pic it will crash the box.
I'm actually talking about the wb plugin and if you already have wooshbuild installed and want to relash
if using one of Kiddacs skins on wooshbuild you can flash on the fly by using the blue button flash online.
