Yes Willo most want them working and updating , you will know for chabs skins for example there is cron timer set and files are stored in .

It's easy to switch off in KiddaC's skin.xml, you just block uncomment the toppicks3 entry.
Problem is that I've also included it in a skin_usr.xml that overrides the skin.xml entry.
And a further problem is that because I was paranoid that someone was going to nick my build, it downloads a fresh skin_usr.xml every time it reboots!

untill openatv 7 beta chabs don't work on it or should I say new python version not sure about Vix but his skins are not updated any more.

KiddaC's skins will always be popular and he works tirelessly at keeping them and his other plugins updated and improved.
When you've got the best don't worry about the rest!
As you say, most people like the toppicks screens so I'm not going to worry about disabling them for one person.

Hi Willo, sorry about this wouldn't like to steal the Thread, but I can't figure out why my ZGemma H7C keep loosing my provider lines on Xstream 3.0.9, running for a while (weeks) no problem but no reason or no crash turn it on and line is gone, had to keep asking provider to updated bit of a usuanse...using 5.4.012..
Any suggestions much appreciated..

I've never used xstream, is it something you have to pay for?
If you have an m3u file just use Jedimaker or Xstreamity. I've never had a problem with them and are included in the build.
You'll have to uninstall the existing and reinstall from plugin feeds to get the latest versions as your image is out of date.

Yes , it's just an opinion , I think the skin would be nicer without them. I.E they are irrelevant and remind me of those artworks on Amazon fire. Here though you can't play them or navigate them.
I changed from OpenATV and my wife likes this build but when she saw the artworks , her question was what are they , what do they mean , can I play them.
I'd also remove Sky from logo in favorites page as this isn't sky and the UI is so nice, not trying convince anyone I have sky. The Developers logo or no logo would be better. Again just my opinion.
Image is great and probably won't move back to OPENATV now. Probably will move it to my second box.
One question I had is there anywhere to get picons for the Irish Saorview channels?, I'm missing:
Virgin Media 1
Virgin Media 2
Virgin Media 3
RTE Junior
All the other Saorview picons are there.

This isn't the build or the plugin it's your provider messing about with his side.
I had the same problem years ago.
As mentioned above, ask him for m3u and use jedi or xtreamity.

There is a sky lookalike skin in the plugin feeds called Blue-HD that has no bells and whistles.
If dsayers picon updater doesn't bring in the missing picons try e2piconizer in the plugin feeds.

I've sorted a script to remove the toppicks graphics and restore the logo to KiddaC's 'SLYK' logo.
Login to the box with putty and paste this script and hit enter:

Anyone using with freeview. My channels the past few days have lost the bbc/itv/4/5 in the bouquet. I have swap enabled but they are not in the bouquet at all. The sd channels show towards bottom of listing still.
Updated provider and says no update for freeview. It’s on Sutton Coldfield and main bouquet but no sections, FTA only . Been sane since I put it in and fine until the last few days.
Just me and what did I break…. Oops. ?
