Yeah, he was doing maintenance but that finished hours ago. However, I see he is having isues with some servers right now, hence me deleting above post. Frustrating though, I only had this work for 30 minutes last night & nothing today. Ah well, live & learn.

Less than a day of no reply isn't long it could be unfortunate that it's having issues after purchasing.
I would give them more time to sort before taking it higher.

Thanks. I think this is just bad luck, he seems to be having server issues and that just happened to coincide with my purchase. Stuff happens, so I'll let this ride and give him some breathing space to sort as he needs.

Why didn't you take a 24/48 hour test like you asked for?
Not many supplier's give trials for that long. To be honest I don't know one who gives a 48 hour trial. Maybe 24 hours

@pabloescaban I took the 24 hour trial, checked it out, then paid. The provider is a TK Vet, not a Newbie.

The idea of a 24h test is to test it on sports, movies, kids, documentaries, foreign and as many others as possible over that period. You only used it for thirty minutes?

Aaaaargh!!! No joy. 48 hours later, still no service, no comms from provider (email or PM). His BAND page has disappeared as well. Have PM'd one of the Admin team. Hopefully there's a solid reason for this seller's silence, but I am becoming less optimistic TBH.

If its a long term vet member i am sure it will be resolved for you. Things can crop up personally as well as issues with systems. Admin are superb for help and wheelo or HT will sort it.

Let's hope so but I've already received a PM from another member who suggested tghe name of the TK Vet I bought from. He was correct, without any hints from me. If it is that obvious to a TK member I've never communicated with before, it suggests I've been mugged, unfortunately.
I agree with moshibeth, if he/she is a long term member, I am sure that their will be a valid reason/reasons, for their lack of service and communication.

He's been a member since 2019 from what I could see. I am a Newbie and have been a member since 2015......
