Android TV or Engima 2

Android tv all the way but comes down to user preferance.
Also depends which way your providers supports there service some may not support zgemma anymore and only a couple of ways for zgemma.
With android you have choice of multiple apps to run there service depending on what apps your provider has to use or if he supports the likes of tvimate ect

android based device for sure. Not the TV tho, no juice in them and unlikely will have enough processing power for a VPN, should one ever be required (you just never know). The VU solo box absolutely but a dedicated android based device is best, firestick is a safe bet.

I run both my iptv subs on my Android tv, main one using the providers own app, my back up using iptv smarters pro, both are perfect and fast on the tv, although, I have multi room on both subs, so I have one of each on 2 firesticks in 2 other rooms, all works well.

I have a VU Ultimo 4K, a Zgemma 7C and a Firestick 4k Max plugged into my TV. All are good for IPTV but the Enigma boxes have the edge in my opinion because all TV, IPTV, Music and Downloaded material are instantly accessible via bouquets/plugins and a single controller.
If you want a mobile IPTV to carry with you then the Firestick would be the best.

E2 has always been my favourite, but a bit fiddly when it really doesn't need to be. Get Tivimate sorted on your Sony and I don't think you'll look back.
Happy new year.

Edit: depends on your provider. If they give out the server URL, then tivi is the best in my opinion.

Most providers do not support tivimate and its getting less and less who do.

The various providers I use still support it and they are all from here. Its a shame a lot of providers can't really give the URL out these days as its definitely one of the best apps out there. What system do you use personally moshi?

I use tivimate amongst my apps but my provider is super cleaver and setups tivimate totally different to any other providers i have seen. No Url required :sneaky:

Oh I've not seen that. Hopefully that becomes a bit more widespread. I do like having the URL as I like to try out different boxes and apps from time to time, but I get why it's not the best idea for them to give it out these days though.

Just more secure and its not that difficult if you know how. Not be posting it though.

My provider has developed a way of transmitting the streams directly into the clients' retinas.
No need for any devices or apps.
Seems legit

I want in on this action! Are these retinal transmissions raw streams? They'd better be in 4K too
