Get YouTube Premium For Less (Regions Still Working With VPN).

Has anyone had any joy using Ghost VPN? I have tried via both Ukraine and India (which I set up an account previously) and it just comes up that it cannot verify the country I am in

Have tried restarting, running CCleaner, clearing all history then going incognito in Chrome but no joy

Also tried setting Ghost VPN to india, and inviting another family member to my already set up account which is paid via revolut in Indian Rupees, however it again comes up with it cannot verify the country I am in when opening the invite link I sent to said family member
India was one of the countries I tried at the start and was unable to get the payment to go through because of address validation on bank card details (Revolut). Ukraine worked, but they might have got wise to this. Looking at my payment history, they take my monthly payment on 21st of every month, which is tomorrow. I'll let you know if it goes through as expected.

FYI - it was Nord VPN I used

I'm dreading when my card expires but it looks to be alot harder to get premium for cheap now.

Smarttubenext works for me on ATV and revanced works on android phones. Is there something missing from these apps that people need?

I used to use vanced but it's less hassle to pay under £2pm for YouTube premium family and not have adverts on TVs/computers/phones/tablets.
I think Vanced is pretty much dead.

ReVanced has been working flawlessly for me since I ditched Vanced. No ads and seamless YT experience.

I believe you can cast from ReVanced but I've never tried to, I've never had a need to cast as I use Smarttubenext on my TV's.

Yes, ReVanced Manager is an app which 'patches' the YT APK.

If I'm correct there's certain countries which don't allow youtube to run ads so just connect to them by vpn and no need to pay for premium. I think i saw Moldova and Albania as two if I remember correctly
Never knew that!

Damn that is a GOOD trick. Thank you! (Tried Albania)

Other benefits of paying for the service are the ability to listen to videos when the phone is idle i.e. screen in standby and you get YouTube music as well.

Yeah - this is great when I'm out walking the dog and wanting to listen to a YouTube podcast. I can lock my phone and the audio will continue to play

Do you stay connected to the VPN when using it. I've heard stories of Google banned the accounts when they've caught people doing this.

I've been using mine for a few years with no issues.

I'd be devastated if they done something to my Google account since it's where I store my picture too.

That's what puts me off. I've left my Vpn running when I use it. But it's slow at times when trying to play 2k / 4k content on YouTube. I get around 50mps download using a Ukraine VPN with nordvpn
