I think they were closed recently.

Anyone here using gt media v8uhd with mars VIP experiencing freezing on everything last couple days tried several satellite 39east 19east 13 east ect ect get usual buthering data message vu I'd message, clears for couple seconds then locks up , turn reciever off on again but same thing on all sats anyone else having same issue? Or any suggestions? Thanks 👍

No freezing over the weekend on VIP and i hammered it with all the Bike racing that was on.

Can check tonight if i have time.

Noticed it yesterday evening tried the Rai channels ( Italy v Bosnia game ) then tried polish doing same open briefly then freeze have to change channel then opens briefly but then freezes , today been all over arc to test other sats and channels , but all doing same , tried powering down reciever then on again , but doing same after couple seconds sub due to run out end April , checked have good signal strength and using home plugs router in another room , any suggestions should try reloading PT software or key file ? Thanks all who reply 👍

Create a wifi hotspot on your phone and try connecting to that to rule out your internet connection
I think you'll have to disconnect the wired connection as you can't use both at the same time

Having freezing locking up after couple minutes on all channels really ,I noticed it when was trying to watch the football last night ie encrypted Rai channel and Italian channels , so then tried the polish channels on 13east , today checked again same thing so tried different satellites 19east , 16, east and others and all doing the same opening briefly but then froze, I then had to select another channel then would open again , but after opening would freeze also

No real freezing issues on VIP here the odd glitch.
