Urgent help needed

Help....my kids have pressed something on the remote and now I cant get any channels. If I press up/down all I can see is a list of radio channels, it says (radio) 28.2e Astra 2e/2f/2g at the top and has a list of radio stations, no matter what I do I cant get back to the TV channels. I have restored settings from wbconfig but it doesn't resolve. The options at the bottom are all/extended/providers/favourites but none of them change it back.

Sorted it with the help of Google.......they had pressed the radio button on the remote, never even noticed that before, but at least I now know what it does. I pressed the TV button alongside it and all my channels re-appeared....kids, you can always rely on them to mess it up!
