Sky is down like. So virgin is option. What connection adaptor do I need? And

And is it quite simply transferring a file and bingo or is there a guide I need to follow

As the sky service is down the only option bar iptv is using the virgin feed

I have a virgin bb with TV service and sly installed so thinking of getting virgin for my h2h box.

Hi guys total newbie to these boxes I have a h2h from a dealer on sly which is down so i want to try this myself my question is I have a vermin live line but do I need to get the boxed flashed to use vermin as its on sly image or is it just get a vermin gift added and connect vermin cable
 
It should just be a matter of going into tuner config and enabling tuner b and setting network id - you will need autobouquetsmaker in place of autobouquets e2 if that's what's currently running and ideally EPG Importer instead of Cross EPG Downloader. You can go into auto bouquets maker and in the config, add provider prefix to bouquet so you'll have 2 sets of bouquets (Sly & VM).

You can add a VM line to your current Sly line in the same file then connect up your cable and pretty much good to go.

As with many of you, my sly channels are slowly disappearing, I’m currently using a Zgemma H2H box.

I would like to move over to Virgin and still use the same box, but the query I have is that I only have a virgin broadband line, will this work in the Zgemma box if I use a splitter?


Is it as simple as that, as I’ve heard that the virgin broadband line is limited if we don’t have the television package. Is this a myth ?!?


Some advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

You'll be fine by just splitting the cable but use a decent splitter and cables though.
 
Have been trying to figure out this as well..
I have an edision dvb-s, is there a dvb-c adapter, or is a new box needed?
 
There are USB dvb-c tuners but then there's the issue of compatibility ... for the price difference, I'd just buy a receiver with a dvb-c tuner anyway.
 
Please could you advise........can i only switch from sly via sat to VM cable if i have VM already in my house?
Have a h2s but want to know if i have any option to change to a h2h box where the channels haven't been affected?
Otherwise it's back to paying a fortune with sly!
 
Yes or take min package or even risk any install then cancel in cooling off period

Eventually. Maybe. As said, risk you take. I've heard of folk doing that and remaining connected.

i have a new virgin bb/ tivo box arriving... will that come with the neccessary cable i need to connect to the h2h or do i still need to buy the adaptor?
