i wanted winterwatch on bbciplayer yesterday but couldnt get it how ever today it was out on (SERIES watch) and ibve had other things on there as well when i couldnt get them on the bbci player
For openatv 6.3 there is another update 2019.01.30. However it doesn't seem to be there for 6.2. thank you to who ever is making the updates, their work should be commended and appreciated by all on here. But does anyone on here know who it is? And if so is it possible to get the updates back dated for the older openatv versions? Also if we cud get the app to update using the update feature within the app that would be brilliant. It may even be something SSS is willing to help out with.
It's just that I have given boxes to a lot of friends and family who aren't savy and if they have to keep updating their openatv image to get the latest version (or even edit/FTP py files) they won't have a clue.

Updated on ATV 6.2 on my vu+ this morning, Menu -> setup -> software manager -> advanced -> ipk manager -> enigma2-plugin-extensions-e2iplayer
Ok, that is what I checked last night, I'll check it now again this evening, maybe it has been made available since. Thanks.

@dsayers2014 put an ipk up don't know what update it has on it as I reflashed my box to update it lol

Updated on a h2h, just by doing a software update.

Worked on my H2H running 6.3 and H52TC 6.2. Bit easier than FTP-ing the .py file. Cheers again

Users that have a mipsel box can download the IPK and share here for others that maybe on older images that can't update.
Ipk will be downloaded to home/root

just downloaded this, ftp to tmp, then installed from menu>setup>software management>ipkg-install>memory/tmp
it installed successfully, my question though is, can i now delete the ipk from the tmp folder?
and any other leftover files for that matter

Files in tmp should be deleted on reboot but yes you can delete it.
