Pixelating HD channels zgemma H7c

Hi I’m getting more pixelating HD channels now on the zgemma h7c . Any ideas as I’ve again tried my h2h box and no problems at all . I have tried the HDU on my cable feed in but it makes no difference. Is it that the Arm boxes struggle with HD or anyone know how to possibly rectify it .

Cheers

Remind us how good your cables are and type of splitter.
Was your signal levels checked.
I am using the original Vm cables which are in good condition and I’m now using a hdu splitter . I’ll post my levels now AAE61054-6F16-4EA5-859A-EDED254C1FDC.jpeg It works fine on my zgemma h2h

When you say original cables approximatly how old are they ? What cabling are you using from the splitter to the box ?
Some box tuners are more sensitive than others .

That picture is useless, can't see anything as it's just a mass of lines and squiggles but it looks like they're miles out, you must be ale to get a better image than that?
use 'print screen' and edit the picture, or better still, when you open the router/modem and have the details in front of you just click select all>copy
then come here and click paste

. They are less than 2 years old , and not sure what cabling is called. Was the stuff vm put in. Single feed into the house that splits into 2 , 20 cm from the box on wall . The splitter is a VM HDU

with HDU fitted

ChannelFrequency (Hz)Power (dBmV)SNR (dB)ModulationChannel ID
12990000002.940256 qam21

without HDU

ChannelFrequency (Hz)Power (dBmV)SNR (dB)ModulationChannel ID
1299000000-1.540256 qam21

not much difference for me

try your box without the HDU fitted

Are you running oscam line on the box because i know some people have been struggling with it with picture break up etc.
The modem levels are within tolerance etc.

I think you're going all around the houses here.
The line works fine in H2h but not in 4k ARM box, ergo it's not power levels or the line/server as it would be same on both
Also same cables and splitter are in use for both boxes so it's not these
This points towards either the Tuner in the 4K box or the softcam/software used
AS an aside, you haven't posted pictures of the cables/connetions, - if they're the white push-fit ones VM supply with Tivo, they are no good, throw them away and get proper screw ended ones

Sorry pablo they are all screw ones I meant to say . Yes I know I am going round the houses but I’ve tried most the options and trying to narrow down the problem. I am thinking it’s the tuners in the arm box but I was under the impression only Oscam works on these boxes

nope.
if using openatv or openvix you can use oscam or CCcam2.3.2
if using other builds like Blackhole or PurE2 you can use mgcamd

There's been new oscam files released a week or two ago, you want to try these first
! Oscam !.zip
