Need some advice

Since no sly sports channels on vm I am looking to get iptv but I need a bit of advice. Currently I have Mut@nt HD51 is this box good enough for iptv and if not what's the best iptv box? The other question is can I use vpn on vm hub 3 and how would I set it up? Is there an iptv box that supports vpn?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Your box will handle iptv just a case of finding a good supplier who will provide a guide and instructions and will help you get setup with iptv depending what image you have on your box you could have a vpn on your box or turn your router into modem mode and have a vpn router running off your virmin router

Thanks guys for your replies, can anyone confirm if they are using vpn router with hub 3 and if it works? Any recommendations for vpn router?

If you used Xtream Editor for IPTV they have vpn built in so all you need to do is subscribe to one of the vpn providers listed in Editor and enter user/pass given by your vpn provider.
hi do you know of a guide for vpn in Xream Editor plz and thanks

Hi mate I have a SH3 in modem mode with an Asus RT-AC86U router running with Surfshark vpn. Router is a little pricey but speeds are very good on a 100mb speed the vpn hardly slows down. What you spend on the router you should recoup over a few years by being able to shop around for good value vpn's.
I paid £38 for two years. I maybe wrong but I think the Liberty shield and Spider vpn's cost about £60 a year, but they are preconfigured, pretty much plug and play, although it's fairly easy to configure the Asus.

Yes it's compatible, all you do is download the ovpn file from PIA website and configure it to the router in vpn client.

Xtream vpn is installed with Xtream editor. It is under the plugins menu. Just launch XE vpn and the vpn providers are listed in the drop down menu. Find a provider, subscribe to the vpn provider of your choice and you will be given a username and password to enter in XE vpn.

Thanks everyone for your help, currently having an iptv trial on my Mut@nt HD51. I have a subscription from PIA vpn and I am trying to enter the username and password but some reason can't enter the details. I type the details when virtual keyboard opens up but when I go back to the previous screen it doesn't show anything. What am I doing wrong?
