Utilities Utility for installing the classic start button on windows 10 2020-02-21

Since switching my laptop to W11 I joined those mourning the new look.
Having found this on Techkings I tried it and find it an improvement.
It doesn't have to W10 look that I like in Stardock Start 11 but does have lots of customisation.
