vpn digibit

Hi Does anyone else use Digibit VPN and is it still working ok for you? Have tried both my E2 boxes and a laptop and none of them will not connect to any digibit servers for the last few days, have raised it with digibit but all i got was a useless automated answer. No big deal as at the moment...
