Stopped working now. Said my Revolut card has been rejected. When I try to add another won’t take it , looks like it’s checking I have an Indian address as the India and state is now unremovable from payment page. Bugger

Said this a while ago don't bother with indian subs as indian gov have instructed Google to remove none indian cards hence youtube or any other subs will likely stop at some point via Google pay.

Didn't realise this was in the works - anyone know how to change my monthly India sub to a yearly sub without cancelling and reactivating?

Go into settings and you see sub, expand and it gives the option to extend. I’ve added two years

Doesn’t seem to be available for me when I look at my subscription - I may just have to cancel and set it up again

Same for me. @Whitwori, were you connected to India via VPN when you changed to yearly? I tried both app and website - no luck.
Yes , I deleted the app from iPad, logged into ipvanish India via Singapore , went onto YouTube and it showed as India. I then logged in and it worked ok. Some other vpn I had didn’t do it as it showed as £ rather than rupees

Still no luck - gives me only the pay monthly option. Guess I’ll just have to keep it this way.

I’m now just getting pay monthly so may have changed or as I have 2 years won’t let me until they have nearly run out.
Weird that it even gives you an option for monthly tbh, as that would start in two years time. Fingers crossed you can continue yearly when it’s gets closer.
