Hi is there any image that has up to date auto bouquets for the FTA and the remaining sd channels , I don't want the other channels that no longer work so was wondering if any image's still support this?

Got nothing to do with image, but the options you are using. Which plugin are you using?

AutoBouquetsMaker (ABM) or Autobouquets 28.2 E2 (AB 28.2)?
Which options have you used?

Im using ABM , what settings should i be using in it?

Just to add i have both on my box so can use either.....

if you want just the image, both ATV and Vix will let you do that, you may have to install the ABM plugin though

If you want a build, again any of them will do what you want, and they all have abm installed.

You may have to change settings in ABM though

For ABM,
In the Region option, select the one ending in SD Custom
