3D Projector

I currently have an LG 3d TV, it used rechargeable 3d glasses.
I watch 3d films that i download onto USB stick or connected my laptop directly to TV through hdmi.
I was thinking how cool would it be to get a projector and screen and make the screen bigger at home and thus hopefully make the 3d viewing better.
So does anybody know if that is possible, could i get a 3d projector and a screen, hook it up to my laptop or usb stick and use my LG tv glasses?

With Samsung 3d glasses got it mounted on the ceiling and connected to PC via hdmi , it throws onto wall no screen, picture is brill.

Ok well I know the answer.
I have a projector set up, 100 inch and it uses dlp technology as do most.
So I needed new glasses but it all works great.
3d is another level now.
