GrogBuild 404 error during setup

While you are running the grogbuild freernage setup script you may see a 404 file not found error. This is because the e2Istream installation url is currentlty not working meaning the Grogbuild FreeRange setup script gets the 404 error when trying to install it.

This error can be ignored and you can carry on with the rest of the setup, As the latest version of the E2Istream plugin can't be downloaded I've included a preinstalled version 2020.01.03.01 in the setup until the E2Istream website is back up and running.

the E2istream plugin download url is back up and running so I have reverted to downloading the latest version again.

Also fixed a timezone issue that was caused by a change to the ATV/Enigma2 timezone file.

Have you tried going into e2istream and at bottom will be a green arrow press on that to see if there's an update

yes it is, but either way the url has been fixed so grogbuild FR fetches the latest pllugin from the E2Istream server again as it did orrigianally
