4G USB Dongle

Looking at using my H2S where there's no internet access... I know MGCamd doesn't use a lot of bandwidth/data but does the AB E2 plugin use the net, same with CrossEPG, or do they use the DVB signal?

Also, I'd like to use a USB dongle rather than a 4G router and ethernet connection (cheaper).

Any advice on compatible models (no idea on drivers) or guides?

I have achieved this using a ee 4g wifi osprey 2 mini at the caravan
I subscribed to the £1 a week 100mb package which is enough to clear the channels and do a once a week EPG update

Thanks for the quick reply - though I'm guessing you'll use a WIFI dongle to the osprey to get your connection; I didn't really want a mifi device, just a cheap USB modem.

Does the EPG use the WAN though, or just the DVB?
