4k firestick issue

Got an odd issue with 4k firestick if any one can share any light on this or experienced it themselfs, my iptv got its own branded app and on the 4k stick in living room when i go on one certain channel it will play for 10 seconds or so before video freezes then when i go out to change channel it crashes the app and i go back to the main menu ob the fieestick itself, doesnt do it on same app on the old 2nd gen stick i got runnig in the bedroom, any ideas or a fix for this thanks in advance

Try deleting cache and data off the app or uninstall the app and turn router for few minutes then reinstall the app again see if the problem is resolved

Done all that mate, annoys me more that the 2nd gen firestick works fine, and this is the 2nd 4k firestick i bought incase the first one was faulty

Its the iptvs branded version of smarters

Have you tried an update on the firestick incase there is a bug in the current version

Have u got same sub on both devices?
& are u paying for multi-use, if single user sub , make sure addnl device disconnected.. or even try another app on 4k device

The firestick is up to date mate

Yes it multi use sub mate, will try the non branded xciptv tonight
