About the VU+ Duo Slot options

VU+ Duo 2 (1x Twin DVB-S2 Tuner) Enigma2 Linux Satellite Receiver Full HD 1080p PVR READY from world of satellite

I am thinking about getting the above from sattellite now it says Duo2 2nd Tuner Slot options. Now am kinda confused does this allow me to send another feed to a different room showcasing the same thing or can i watch two different things on two tvs in seperate rooms but with one box?

If so would i just get a Advanced DVB-S/S2 Satellite Tuner in the second slot?

Also if i do get this how can i change the channel in the other room would i not need a receiver or something.

Sorry am a real noob and my mind is about to blow up.

PS. Is OpenVIX the best image option? Ive been searching around and everyone seems to have that or black hole. Which one is recommended?

Hi,

It is possible using port forwarding to do this and show whats on one of the tuner slots elsewhere, I've not done it myself. If you did want to show the same in another room then a video sender could do this.
