About to update WB 5 - 6 Any tips?

Hi guys and gals, I’ve been trying to find any threads on tips before I update with no joy. Last time I did 4-5 update it told me my image?? Was old. So I’ve been in the software update section today and it says there’s no update available.

Am I ok to go ahead then and flash it online through the WB configure plugin? I’ve taken a note of my gift number and IPTV details. Am I correct in thinking the online update backs everything up?

I want to get to WB 7 but I think I need to do 6 first?
 
Have been doing and couldn’t find answers bud. Eyes were going googy. Hence the new thread in support here.
 
Hit the wooshbuild button in useful links bottom of this page.
Go to wooshbuild site/downloads select box type/download the basebuid version and do a new install.
Keep a note of any lines or settings you may want to reuse.
 
Benijofar thanks for that, so is flashing it online better as it keeps all the settings I’m used to? Bit worried if I do a fresh build flash via usb I’ll lose what I’m used to?
