Advice needed

Hi All
I am running a h2s open a tv 6.3/6.4 woosh infinity and my problem is every 20/30 mins I get the blue circle for about 5 minutes then the box crashes. I have reflashed from 6.4 when it got bad to 6.3 but same thing keeps happening any advice tia

Did you setup box from scratch using no restores or using restored settings.Something is making box go slow and crash hence the circle.
Think this box is old and slow and might need a swapfile and cachefush running.

Set up from scratch box is about 2/3 years old I’ll try what you suggested and see if that helps. Many Thanks

Start with basics to see how it performs and also activate your logs if when needed.
