All 4 app

Hi guys I've got a beelink gt1 which I got recently from gearbest s912 2gb/16gb

Anyway I've downloaded the all 4 app and whilst I can navigate the app without issue when I'm clicking on a video all I'm then getting is the audio of the programme with a blank screen

Is there anything I can do to fix the issue

As a first step I would suggest completely uninstall the app and then reinstall also which store did you download from eg google play/aptoid

I've tried to uninstall/reinstall several times it hasn't helped :(

The All 4 app will not work on rooted devices which I suspect is your problem you should first try and update your firmware if this doesn't work search for androiding.how/install-xposed-without-recovery-with-flashfire/ and then install root cloak this you would still be fully rooted but it would just be hidden. I have had a similar problem to this on a generic box i used to have and the problem was to do with the android OS being mobile based so the app would think it was on mobile data when not on wifi (wired). The work around was to switch from wired to wifi which did work and may be worth a try first. Hope this helps.
