All channels missing

Hi. I have a technomate nano se box with a vermin line. It's been fine for the most part but recently I've had a lot of empty channels in my bouquets. I decided to delete them via ABM but now when I click start scan (within ABM, not Automatic/Manual Scan) it seems to have picked up around 350 channels but when I open my channel list they appear in a section called Last Scanned with no sorted categories.

I feel like maybe it's not even adding the channels because if I delete bouquets it still shows the same channels in Last Scanned.

My tuner settings say
DVB-C
Network ID: 00008
Used service scan type: Provider
Country: United Kingdom
Region: v m UK all systems
Force legacy signal stats: no

Can anyone please advise?
Thanks

In autobouquetmaker /providers have you got netid set?
Also make sure you have 'create sections bouquets' set to yes, then scan

Sounds like you maybe on old firmware,When did you last upgrade it ??
Maybe last year?
If I go to About on the box it shows 5.2.032 (release) under image.

If I go to software update it says
Openvix 5.2.045 is the last of the 5.2 series. There are no more updates after 5.2.045
You will have to flash/install newer image.
Using image manager is the simplest method.
You can restore settings and plugins.

Set everything to NO, except
Create section bouquets: yes
Then scan

Because you had it set to create one bouquet -which comes up as last scanned and 350 channels lumped together.
Creating sections gives you sports, kids, news, entertainment etc

I had create sections already set to Yes. The only change is that I've turned the other options to No. I don't understand
