Amiko Box

Hi,

a friend of mine has an old Amiko box they asked me is there anything I could do with it, so my question is what OS does it run & can it take Openvix?

It won't take openvix and most are closed source so each model has it's own particular firmware.

Some of the newer boxes are E2 but as you said it's an old box you will more than likely need
the firmware for that particular model.

What model of Amiko do you have
I have been using these for the last 3 years without any problem
Have been playing around with the Zgemma over the last few days.

I can give you the latest FW if you want it.

But be aware loading the wrong firmware for your model of box can brick it

Hi... How do I find out what box I have? Its a Amiko HD combo T2 but cant see anything esle on the box

Hi pal, if you could take a picture of the receiver and post it on here it may be easier to help you which receiver you have, it should say it on the top right on the front panel of the receiver ya see :) then we can help you from there

Hi guys i have an Amiko mini combo. I recently updated firmware and i think i have the latest channel list by searching frequency. There is a problem which is still occuring and that is BT SPORT 1 HD & SD are not working. The channels appear but just continously fuzzy and unwatchable. What could the problem be and has anybody experienced this before?
