LAS VEGAS -- The Las Vegas Strip shooting suspect, Ammar Harris, entered a not guilty plea on a sexual assault charges in Clark County District Court Monday morning.
In a surprise move, Harris told the court he wants to plead guilty on the three murder charges stemming from a shooting on the Las Vegas Strip Feb. 21 that resulted in a fiery car crash and three deaths.
Prosecutors said, if Harris is convicted of the murders, they will seek the death penalty.
Harris, who has bragged about being a pimp, is also facing three sexual assault charges from 2010.
