Android box recommendations

I have been using a mag box to watch iptv services for a while, but my internet provider is increasingly blocking their hostnames.

I have started using a vpn on my pc and android phone to get around this and its working great.

I can't install a vpn directly on my mag box and not prepared to use a vpn on the router.

So, i am looking for an Android tv box that will allow me to do the following:

Install the express vpn app

Install kodi for use with my iptv m3u file/address

Indtall the smart iptv app but that's not a deal breaker

Watch 4k content

I do not record tv so i don't need a lot of storage space

Could somebody recommend one that can do the above, maybe £50 or so.

I would rather have a box as opposed to a usb stick/device

The T95Q will do all of the above mate and you can get that for £50 or thereabouts. Its what I use and its a good box.
