another iptv plug in question

Hi everyone
before someone says do advance search. I have and understood only 50%. this is my first experience with Linux receiver.
I ask someone for iptv test he asked me what receiver i have told him about h2s he said he don't have the plug-in for this receiver.what i have read if tell him i have kodi will his list work or do i need some other 3rd party plug in for his list to work thank you

Try get a .tv file.
