what are all dependencies plugins and how to install them?

I want to install Jedi extrem bouquet maker.
Normally I can download it in IPK form but some time the plugin is not available in IPK form.
It is available in like all dependencies form. I had tried to install but could not managed to install.
Plugin in IPK form are easy to install but I did not understand what is ALL DEPENDENCIES form of plugin and how to install these type of plugins

Another example

in VIX image plugin feeds i can see e2iplayer in two formate.
1) e2iplayer
2) e2iplayer - all dependencies
what is the difference between these two?

e2iplayer-deps is not the e2iplayer, it is a package of other software that is required for it to work efficiently.
e2iplayer used to download and install them anyway when you set it up.
