righto, so, out old water heater boiler was playing up last week, it was old and knackered like me so i thought it made sense to swap it out for a new one given its €100 callout or €230 for a new boiler.

simple install outside in a metal housing.
fired up fine, cut out after 2 minutes with an E3 error.
let it cool, it fires up again and cuts out in 2 minutes.
so, i figured its a temperature issue.
had a google and found this for our own boiler
removed the flue temp sensor and all is good, the boiler casing itself isnt even lukewarm 😆
so , i degress, the sensor on the flue is 85c rated according to the engraving on it, surely thats not right?
