Asheridge ASH-4P Booster

Anyone know how to set one of these up? I'm unsure how the wires are to be connected. The one i bought is off eBay but it didn't come with any instructions. Any help would be much appreciated.

R/F in is your feed cable from splitter as other side is to modem/router
PWR looks like its a 12 volt power supply
RF out is to your cable tuner or other tuners.

RF IN on the right hand side appears to be a connection for satellite? It's not a scre in connection.

PWR IN 12V.DC is that the power connection to the plug?

Across the bottom there is 4 ports, another one states PWR.IN RF Out, so what is that?
