GrogBuild Audio defaults to NAR ?

Hi,
Have set grogbuild freerange on zgemma h2s to Freesat & sky after cable went.
But the audio on ALL channels is defaulting to NAR.
It's becoming a pain having to change it every time I change channel.
I have tried updating provider files but says they didn't need updating
As far as I know everything was OK before cable went, but this was second box in bedroom but now is main box as other box was a H4.

Any ideas ?

Menu -> Setup -> Audio -> Auto language selection

Set Audio Language to English
Prefer AC3 track to yes

If the box was flashed in the last week or so then these should already be set

Have to say this is a pain, its seems even by doing this that when my box does its EPG refresh it still defaults to NAR. Now not all channels default to NAR but alot of the do, like ITV 2, ITV 3, ITV 4, More 4 etc.

What has caused this considering it never happened before? The only thing i would do ever so often is update the software.

Are people still having issues with this?

Change downmix Dolby setting to ON.
Aac downmix needs to be Downmix DTS
Change both mpeg settings to ENGLISH

Close the window.
Reboot the box

By changing the Dolby/Dolby AC-3 to on i lose Dolby Digital output on HD channels and just plays in PCM
AAC downmix just has yes or no
MPEG settings?

Mpeg is set to NAR in your picture.
Set both to English.
No idea what Dolby is or does but my sound is the same on all channels and those are the settings I use

It won't let me change both to English. I can pick one or the other. NAR or English.

Is there somewhere else that I can change the NAR to English or remove it altogether?

If you have an AV reciever HD channels decode in 5.1 Dolby Digital surround sound
