Audio track for the blind

As good a service as this is it is annoying that I can't turn it off permanently. I have been through a lot of threads on here about this and tried all the recommended changes like setting all language options to English or None/Original/Undetermined - Ac3 set to yes/no .. audio track stored by service yes/no all to find that it will revert to the NAR track most of the time. Even setting it via Audio button for individual channels it invariably won't remember the change and revert.
If anyone has found a way to permanently switch off this option I'd be glad of the heads up.

Sure I have tried that option before without success ... will give it another go and see.

Two days now and not had any further issues with NAR .. although not tried many channels as yet but at least sly 1 which was one of the culprits seems to be OK.
Hopefully it is sorted now, must have missed that configuration before!!!
