Auto bouquet help needed please !!

I have always had the zgemma h2h box on vm and had no issues. But box packed in. I now have a h5 but the screen when I go to auto bouquets maker is different now.
I used to just go to configure select vm and my net id and hit start scan. No problem. All channels work and epg looks great. Now I have this screen from second photo. And everything is messed up. Not user friendly and so many channels not working and missing.
First photo is how it used to be on old box. Second photo is how it looks now.
Tearing my hair out here. Please help thanks.

You say you are using cable but the second photo says you are scanning 28.2, this is satellite
You need to set your netid and choose Virgin as provider in autobouquetsmaker>providers, then scan

my problem is when i loaded by basebuild it came with bouqet e2 rather than auto bouqet maker. dont know how to install maker
 
To install AutoBouquetsMaker if it is on the plugin feeds

Menu > Plugins > Green (download) > System plugins > Autobouquetsmaker

Press OK to expand sub categories and also to confirm the installation. Restart after installation

Thank you for ur help feel as if I am getting some where. Now with abm when i start scan I get this message. My tuners are configured. See photos. Thanks.

would like to say a massive thank you to everyone for their help. thats me all set up and working successfully.
as always the guys on here are top notch with their help..
 
I've had reports netid 00008 Nottingham has changed frequency, can someone in that area run the nitanalyser tool and upload the dvbc file here, thanks, maybe @grog68 if using 00008?

in my updated xml file from this morning it says:
configuration modulation="3" system="0" symbol_rate="6887000" frequency="643000" bouquettype="hd" netid="00008" key="hd_00008_dvbc_uk">00008 Nottingham</configuration>
A friend has just emailed me and said (aafter a manual scan) his data reads QAM256 and Freq is now 6952
 
mine is working fine for me 00008,

checked my providers file and yes its the same :

<configuration key="hd_00008_dvbc_uk" netid="00008" bouquettype="hd" frequency="643000" symbol_rate="6887000" system="0" modulation="3">00008 Nottingham</configuration>

but if I look at the infobar on any channel it's showing QAM256 and 6952

Just updated providers fiile and now it contains :

<configuration key="hd_00008_dvbc_uk" netid="00008" bouquettype="hd" frequency="643000" symbol_rate="6952000" system="0" modulation="5">00008 Nottingham</configuration>

obviously I couldn't have updated for a while but it has been working fine
