Auto Standby Setting

Hello All

Hopefully a quick and easy solution.

Is there a way to set your box to go into auto standby with no activity? I ask as my brother is a little clumsy and would switch to normal built in free view on the TV leaving my Zgemma box on all night.

Zgemma H2H with Wooshbuild all running fine.

I have mine set to go off after 90mins and to sleep over night from 11pm and stay off until I turn on

There is a option "auto standby" and "go to standby" which one is for just going into standby after no activity?

I assume this would be "auto standby" I will select

"Sleep delay" 105
"Repeat type" repeated
"Restrict the active time range" No
