BBC 1 HD & CHANNEL 4HD

Channel 4 hd has been going off and on for ages but bbc1 now has decided to do the same anything I can do about it? Net I'd is right for Stoke I have 71% signal and all other hd channels are fine. Thanks Josh.

First thing i ask how good are cables and type of splitter in use.
