BBC 1 west Midlands/gold/cbeebies channel urls - where can I get them?

I need an m3u URL for BBC 1 WEST MIDLANDS HD, GOLD and CBEEBIES as the ones included in my sub are screwed, any idea where I can find ones that work correctly as every link I've tried from online is dead ?

Perfect player via android box, I asked on here earlier and someone suggested FTA but I couldn't get any URLs for them

If you have a dish - get an old Sky Box.

Ive got freeview in my TV but i would rather have the channels working in perfect player etc
