Black screen

I too have a black screen on premium channels. Contacted line provider but had no reply.
For my own sanity, can someone confirm that there vermin premium channels are still working for them via an mgcamd or ccam line? (My freeview lines are still ok)
Thanks.

I am getting this exact same issue on my E2 OS Mega box.
My internet connection is 50mb and working well
Did u get a solution to it?
Speak to your provider could be his streams or the source of the streams or take a test to rule out problem with your box

Trying to watch 4K movie in VOD (IPTV) - I can hear sound but no video (blank screen)

Is this most likely to be my HDMI Cable?

Known issue on some android devices/TVs. I assume your trying to stream it on android device?
If so.... install VLC player and use it as player.
(providing device is 4K compatible)

This is on my Zgemma H2H using XtreamTV for IPTV Content. TV is 4K compatible.

Is there such a thing as having a 4k device i.e. ZGemma?

H2.H is not compatible to stream 4K content.

EDIT:
Can you not run it on TV?
By using app, smartIP*V or smarters app.

The newer zgemma models are 4k compatible but try apps on your TV first before shelling out for a new box.

Had a quick look. Its either the H7C or H7S that's has similar tuners as my H2H.

Assuming on the H7C with the x2 DVB-C Tuners you can watch and record another VM Channel?

Yes it has 2 cable tuners so it should be fine watching and recording another channel, I haven't heard many reviews on 4k iptv viewing though. I'm sure others might give some feedback
