Blackberry

Hi Guy's
My daughter is trying to use her blackberry but she is getting a ( unauthorised user )
not sure if her little brother has been messing with the buttons, just if anyone has come across this problem or has a fix help would be appreciated.thanks

Where about does she get this error?

When using an application like BlackBerry Messenger or when she has turned on the phone?
