My box was working perfectly, then last night it went blank and came back on. When it came back on I couldnt get the premium channels. When I checked the 9991 screen, all the hosts had been reset to factory settings. I input my line details, and it would not connect. I tried a different line from a different supplier and it wouldnt connect. Today, I have reset the box to factory settings and flashed tbe 9991 firmware. This has made no difference whatsoevr. I have pinged the box and it is conne ting to internet. Im stuck, any help much appreciated.
