Blade 5000s User Name Field

Does anyone know of a way you can input more than 14 Characters into the user name field?

I've never had a line with the username 14 characters long. Might be worth asking your line provider to change it to something shorter. Are you sure your've reading the line correctly? Sometimes the address can be that long.

make sure that you have broken the line down correctly and the first part of the line you DO not enter either n: or c: !!
